Refunds and Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds on any items unless they are deemed faulty by us. Please note that when dealing with naturally dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. This is unavoidable and will not result in a refund. If the item is deemed legitimately faulty, we will repair or replace the item if in stock. Failing that we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.
All international purchases of any Seven Seas Home product are strictly a final sale; refunds, credits or exchanges will not be considered.
We ship Australia wide. All items are shipped within 1-5 business days of the order being placed. Shipping cost is included in the price unless stated in description.
International shipping is available to most destinations.Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before checking out to obtain shipping rates. We will need to know the exact product/s you wish to purchase and your delivery address. We will provide you with a shipping quote as soon as possible. We will do our very best to use the most economical method of shipping and to pack your purchase in a manner that keeps the cost of freight at a minimum. If incurred, import duties are the full responsibility of the customer receiving the purchased product/s.
